SOLID PHASE EXTRACTION SYSTEM

speX Series Solid Phase Extraction System for 48, 96 and 144 Positive Pressure Sample Processing Systems by Takahe Analytical Instruments Solid phase extraction — SPE is a chromatographic technique used to prepare samples for subsequent analysis by removing interfering substances that may be present. This is done either by retaining the substance of interest and washing off everything else or by retaining the interfering substances and eluting the product of interest. Takahe Analytical Instruments® specifically meets the requirements of BA/BE labs in the CRO industry for the extraction requirements. We offer a range of models of the Nitrogen Evaporators and Solid Phase Extraction Systems based on the application of the industry. Our systems offer seamless solutions for sample preparation of large batch volumes with the 100 and 144 position Nitrogen Evaporators and 96 and 144 sample Solid Phase Extraction using Positive Pressure Manifold systems. Unique features Aluminium body with high grade long-lasting powder coating. Light on hand Two Hand Operation for safety Dual flow settings - for extraction and drying. Inter-changeable racks for multiple size test tubes. Inter-changeable racks for 144 position Nitrogen Evaporator. Easy to use test tube tray. Even column processing times. Reproducible analyte recoveries. Lesser pre-process preparations. Convenient direct waste disposal. Dependable After Sales Service. Supplied with DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation. Standard Warranty - One-year. Takahe Difference At Takahe we are constantly innovating to meet the requirements of the analyst to make her life a little simpler with fewer errors and faster processing. Like the Bio-eVAP 100 and 144 that we introduced in the market, we have enhanced the SPE 144 to make it simple for observing the elution of the large samples processed. This avoids arm fatigue as well as eliminates errors. Special Features of speX 144 series Positive Pressure Manifold has been first conceptualized, designed and manufactured by Takahe Analytical Instruments. The SPLIT cartridge rack and interchangeable COLLECTION Racks are our offerings in this process. Special features of speX 144 series Positive Pressure Manifold conceptualized, designed and manufactured first by Takahe Analytical Instruments. 144 split - cartridge rack *As a rack split into 3 section of 48, visibility of eluted samples is similar to the 48 position SPE system. *Lighter on the arms and easy handling *Can be loaded on benchtop without contaminating cartridges. Inter-changeble collection racks for 144 series *144 Collection rack fits the Bio-eVap nitrogen evaporator of Takahe Analytical Instruments *Evaporation rack from Bio-eVap fits into SPE *Saves transfer time *Eliminates errors

MULTI TUBE VORTEXER

VTX Multi Tube Vortexer The Multi-Tube Vortexer is designed for mechanical and chemical cell lysis, mixing suspensions, and general sample agitation. This vortex mixer gives a distinctly different motion than shaking a sample. With vortexing, greater shearing forces are placed on materials in the bottom of a tube, thus promoting either disruption or solubility. The Multi-tube Vortexer is the equipment to provide that extra degree of mixing. However, a single system can accommodate full rack of tubes or micro well-plate, vials or cylinder as opposed to single tube vortexers. Features-: *Higher throughput mixing of samples. *Designed to hold multiple test tubes, vials, or cylinders. *Inter-changeable racks alows multiple sized tubes to be vortexed within the same system. *Suction-cup feet dampen motion and prevent sliding on the work surface. *Maintenance free silent BLDC motor. *Convenient size—no hood space required. *Exhaust open to atmosphere or within Fume Hood. *Easy to use water drain pump. *Alarms for various processes to draw attention of the user. *Small foot print.
