Product range for Nitrogen Evaporator
Nitrogen evaporators, also known as Sample Concentrators, are essential for preparing samples for analysis across various industries such as food, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, petroleum, and environmental science. By drying and concentrating samples, these evaporators enable them to be tested using advanced techniques like mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and HPLC. With the help of heat and nitrogen blowdown, moisture can be eliminated from samples after loading them into the evaporator.
At Takahe Analytical Instruments®, we are pioneers in Nitrogen Evaporators and Concentrators in India, catering to the specific needs of different laboratories with different samples, methods, and analytical techniques. Our product range allows evaporation of samples from well-plates, test tubes, end-point tubes, flasks, and beakers. We also offer evaporators that can handle large sample batches used in Phase II and Phase IV clinical trials.
Nitrogen evaporators are available in different types, including wet or dry baths, and with or without heat and nitrogen blowdown options. Our Nitrogen evaporators come for various capacities, including 15 positions, 50 positions, high volume 9 positions, endpoint evaporators, 100 position nitrogen evaporators, and 144 position evaporators.
Speedovap LV Low Volume | Speedovap HV High Volume | Speedovap Optical EndPoint |
Speedovap LX Basic Features | Speedovap Dry Block | BioeVap 100 & 144 High Sample capacity |
Duo-eVAP 96 WellPlate | Speedovap 96 For well-plate | Min-eVAP for small sample batches |
Our SpeedoVap, Min-eVap, Bio-eVap, Duo-eVap, and other range of Nitrogen Evaporators and Concentrators are automated, allowing unattended operations. We offer different N2 evaporator racks for tube sizes ranging from 1.5 mL to 300 mL. Our evaporators come with a controlled water bath that can be adjusted from ambient to 80°C, a built-in nitrogen regulator, different process and alert alarms, LED display for better visibility under the fume hood, and a convenient size that doesn't require hood space. We also offer exhaust options that can be open to the atmosphere or within the fume hood. Our evaporators have a small footprint, and an easy-to-use water drain pump.
We can customize our products to meet specific customer needs after conducting a feasibility study to ensure that there is no compromise on the end result. With our Nitrogen Evaporators and Concentrators, we help free up critical lab resources for other productive needs.
To meet the budget requirements of certain labs we have the Low Cost LX range that does not have the additional features in our standard models.
FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
How are samples concentrated in the Nitrogen Evaporator?
Concentration of non-heat sensitive samples can be achieved through evaporation using nitrogen evaporators, also known as N2 evaporators or sample concentrators, as part of the sample preparation process. This is achieved using wet or dry baths, and with or without heat and nitrogen blowdown options. Concentrated samples often provide better analysis results, especially when using instruments like LCs, GCs, LC-MS, GC-MS, and Elisa Readers.
What sets your Nitrogen Concentrator Sample Evaporators apart from others in the market?
At Takahe Analytical Instruments, we take pride in several factors that distinguish our Nitrogen Evaporators from other brands in the market:
1. Decades of Experience:
We bring over two decades of experience to the table. Since 2003, we have been at the forefront of designing, manufacturing, and selling Nitrogen Evaporators. This extensive experience grants us a profound understanding of our customers' needs, enabling us to consistently deliver high-quality products and services.
2. In-House Design and Manufacturing:
Our Nitrogen Evaporator is meticulously designed and manufactured in-house at our state-of-the-art facility in Navi Mumbai, India. Supported by a technically sound R&D team and a robust ERP system, we ensure seamless manufacturing and maintain stringent quality control standards utilizing professional testing equipment.
3. Optimal Nitrogen Utilization:
A critical differentiator lies in the nitrogen utilization efficiency of our 100 and 144 sample Nitrogen Evaporator. While some brands consume over 400 liters per minute (lpm), our evaporator utilizes no more than 250 lpm. This efficiency directly impacts the evaporation process, making our solution both environmentally conscious and cost-effective.
4. Commitment to Customer Service:
Our commitment to customer service sets us apart. Our team comprises highly trained and experienced engineers and customer service professionals ready to address any queries you may have. Additionally, we stand behind our products and services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind.
Choose Takahe Analytical Instruments for Nitrogen Concentrator Sample Evaporators that combine decades of experience, in-house excellence, optimal efficiency, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
What is the lead time for delivery after placing order for N2 evaporator?
Our nitrogen evaporators are typically ex-stock and dispatched immediately. However, if there is a specific rack requirement, we will require 2-3 weeks' time to meet the customised requirement.
How Much Nitrogen Is Required to Evaporate Samples in A Nitrogen Evaporator?
Our 144-position nitrogen evaporator requires only 220 -250 lpm of Nitrogen (1.6 lpm) and our Speedovap 50 position requires 150lpm Nitrogen (3 lpm per nozzle)
