Head - Technical Development:
Trained in HPLCs, ICPs, Time-domain Spectrophotometers, UV Vis Spectrophotometers, CO2 Laser with international companies, I have been involved in servicing these instruments since 1987 until recently. Now focusing completely on designing, coding and manufacturing equipment for R&D and testing labs, I wish to add value by creating instruments as per customer needs.
Head – Business Development and Customer Satisfaction: Tejgouri Mirje
With my extensive background in customer service and process re-engineering, I am attuned to customer needs and adept at swiftly and effectively resolving issues that impact user productivity. I recognize that comprehending customer requirements is pivotal to their purchasing decisions, and I assist them in selecting the most suitable equipment.
In my role overseeing a manufacturing unit, I prioritize adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the optimization of procurement processes to facilitate inventory management, thereby guaranteeing the provision of high-quality products and seamless delivery at competitive prices.

My main focus is to align the operations of Takahe Analytical manufacturing processes with the vision of the management. With over 10 years of experience in manufacturing instruments, my aim is to ensure least amount of downtime by following quality systems and continuously maintaining knowledgeable and well-trained staff.
