MULTI TUBE VORTEXER

VTX Multi Tube Vortexer The Multi-Tube Vortexer is designed for mechanical and chemical cell lysis, mixing suspensions, and general sample agitation. This vortex mixer gives a distinctly different motion than shaking a sample. With vortexing, greater shearing forces are placed on materials in the bottom of a tube, thus promoting either disruption or solubility. The Multi-tube Vortexer is the equipment to provide that extra degree of mixing. However, a single system can accommodate full rack of tubes or micro well-plate, vials or cylinder as opposed to single tube vortexers. Features-: *Higher throughput mixing of samples. *Designed to hold multiple test tubes, vials, or cylinders. *Inter-changeable racks alows multiple sized tubes to be vortexed within the same system. *Suction-cup feet dampen motion and prevent sliding on the work surface. *Maintenance free silent BLDC motor. *Convenient size—no hood space required. *Exhaust open to atmosphere or within Fume Hood. *Easy to use water drain pump. *Alarms for various processes to draw attention of the user. *Small foot print. NITROGEN GENERATOR

A Nitrogen generator produces nitrogen gas from compressed air. Nitrogen is a colorless gas that makes up 78% of the Earth's atmosphere. It is non-flammable and non-reactive, making it an ideal gas for many industrial and commercial applications. Productive time of analysts and users spent in follow-up for cylinder procurement, change and daily installation of cylinders are eliminated. In operations, cylinders having high cylinder pressure creates a safety issue which is also now addressed with the Nitrogen Generator. With high requirement of Nitrogen for the Nitrogen evaporator and Nitrogen Solvent concentrator, the Nitrogen Generator is a simple solution for tedious logistics, high cost of cylinders and vendor dependency. PSA Nitrogen Generator PSA nitrogen generators use a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process to separate nitrogen from oxygen in the air. PSA Nitrogen Generator uses two towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS). The "online" tower is filled with compressed air that flows through the CMS. Nitrogen passes through the CMS while oxygen and other trace gases are absorbed. Once a pre-set time has passed, the on-line tower automatically switches to regenerative mode, venting contaminants. In contrast to ordinary activated carbon, carbon molecular sieve has a much smaller range of pore openings. Nitrogen molecules are too large to enter the CMS, so oxygen penetrates the pores and we get pure Nitrogen. Our nitrogen generators are delivered as complete systems, complete with air filters and automatic controls to hook up to a compressed air supply. Start up your PSA Nitrogen Generator by switching it on, and you're ready to start. Also, maintenance is easy. PSA Nitrogen Generator filters only need to be changed once every six to twelve months, depending on your usage. Intelligent Control Our in-house developed software process controller generates the output of Nitrogen by optimising the functions to increase compressor life and reduce running costs over long periods of use. Switching to Nitrogen Generator is a wise decision Recover your operating expense by investing in your capital. Clean particulate free nitrogen with certified purity. Nitrogen supplied on demand. No dependency on vendors and maintenance man-power. Eliminate periodic logistics of cylinder procurement. Features of Nitrogen Generator Silent and seamless Nitrogen gas supply to your lab. Compact non-obstructive design with the option of wall-mounting and free up precious space. In-built service features to indicate timely routine maintenance. Automatically switches to standby mode when Nitrogen is not required - thereby reducing wear & tear of the compressor. Advantages of Nitrogen Generator? Reduced costs: Nitrogen generators can be a more cost-effective option than buying nitrogen gas from a supplier. Increased safety: On-site nitrogen generation can help to improve safety by reducing the need for nitrogen gas cylinders, which can be a safety hazard if handled by untrained personnel Increased convenience: Nitrogen generators can provide a convenient and reliable source of nitrogen gas, which can be used on demand.
